This is Lorna's and my garden. As you can see Lorna has done a great job of getting plants to grow. She has spent a long, long time working on this garden, and it is a real pleasure to have some nice greenery around.
Our pawpaw tree, looking forward to these beauties ripening up.
Lorna's dog, Jehosaphat (like the king in the Bible). He is a great guard dog, and very friendly, but he is still very young.
I'm not sure if i mentioned previously that i went to a Christian Fulani wedding. The tradition over here is to commission a new fabric and have the ALL the guests wearing that material! When people receive the fabric, they all go to the tailor and get something "nice" made up for them. Here i am at the wedding with some of the Norwegians who live here, eating in the traditional way of course.
African bunk beds :P
The boys lining up for dinner.
All their "plates" full of rice etc. Some of the meals that Lorna and I make take around 4 hours to make - but it is so very worth it!
If you are praying for us, please include Lorna and our night guard, who we call "Mitch".
Hope you enjoyed the pics. God bless you all.
